Throughout his career, Reister has held leadership positions with American Coastal Insurance Company, Cunningham Lindsey, Colonial Claims, and American Strategic Insurance (ASI), building a reputation for technical excellence, catastrophe leadership, operational execution, and quality assurance oversight.
His experience spans daily and catastrophe claims operations, large-loss management, litigation support, quality assurance, independent adjuster performance management, and workflow optimization.
This diverse background provides Pine with additional leadership depth as the company continues expanding its carrier partnerships, geographic footprint, and service offerings.
As Senior Vice President of Claims Operations, Reister will oversee claims strategy, catastrophe readiness, quality assurance programs, adjuster performance, operational infrastructure, and technology integration initiatives.
His responsibilities will include strengthening claim quality, improving cycle times, reducing leakage, enhancing operational consistency, and helping Pine develop scalable processes capable of supporting future growth.
